Enchanter skill

Enchant gear with bonus stats and combat procs, extract enchantments into scrolls. Max level 200; the skill keeps training while you are offline.

Only on an item without an enchant: a random bonus from the list (a fixed value that grows with item level), and on rare or better items a small chance of a proc on top. Enchanting never fails and never harms the item. Costs shards of the item's rarity and arcane catalysts; the price does not depend on item level. To change an enchant, first remove it or extract it into a scroll (see Enchant scrolls).

Enchanting rolls a proc only on rare, epic and legendary items. Every slot has its own procs that never repeat across slots, and a proc works only while its item is worn in that slot. It fires on every fitting hit, with no cooldown. Proc damage never fires other procs.
